  • Purpose for Loan?

    Examples of loan purposes are: Medical Equipment, vehicle modifications, home modifications, power chairs, environmental controls, ramps, computers, software, hearing aids, and other adaptive equipment that will aid your independence.
  • In short, describe how the loan will be used. Examples: To improve Communication, Transportation, Mobility, Hearing, Seeing, Learning, Participate in School or a Job.
  • Select which credit score range you fall into. Credit scores at any range can still be qualified and considered for loans!
